简介：
I am a Doctor in Education and taught students in a variety of subjects, both face-to-face and online (since 2010). During my significant teaching career as a lecturer, senior lecturer, and academic head I taught in public and private higher and further education. My primary teaching experience is in higher education, from freshman to senior year. With a strong customer service mindset, I use a student-centered, collaborative teaching-learning approach.
Students usually feel comfortable in my lectures because of my leadership and inclusive teaching approach, and I have consistently produced above-average outcomes in all of the areas I\'ve ever taught.
I taught students from all walks of life, and my attitude is that all students should be treated equally and with dignity and respect. In my opinion, I play a significant role in guiding and connecting students as they develop knowledge through active collaboration and 21st-century learning approaches.
The fit for purpose of students determines their survival, which I as an educator must contribute to.
